来往

来往，是充盈着时间与空间流转的日常连接，是有路径而无方位的个体与群体互动。每一段来往都蚀刻着时空动态中每个“自我”独特的存在体验，和“自我”与“他者”在交互中构建的真实与超越。艺术家们的作品常被看做“自我”的表达，但“来往”中喻含的主体间性却深植其间。

本次展览以“来往”为主题，所选的每一件作品都代表一种人、环境、时间的交融，反映在不经意的来往过程中，产生的情感、记忆与变化。正是这种动态交互，使来往进一步散发出流变与多样的魅力。

即便相距遥远，人们在情感和经历上往往有着出人意料的相似之处，这些相似在能够自由观看的现场里，被作品激活，形成另一种“来往”，并以之连接彼此，过去、现在与未来。

艺术是日常。我们，多来往。

Individuals and communities connect and reciprocate in a stochastic pattern through time andspace. Every interaction is imbued with unique existential experience of “self”, as well as reality and transcendence constructed through the tensional and reconciliatory bonding between “self”and “others”. Works of artists are usually perceived as expression of “self”, yet a profound intersubjectivity is often embedded.

With “To-And-Fro” as its theme, this exhibition features works that represent a synthesis among people, environment, and time, reflecting emotions, memories, and alterations that arise in unintended encounters. It is this dynamic interconnectivity that gives the daily come and go a fluxional and pluralistic appeal.

Even across great distances, unexpected resonance is often discerned in personal emotions and experiences. Such resonance may be activated in this “realm of freedom” by the artworks on display, creating a reciprocating connection between one another, and among their past, present,and future.
